Dear Friends and Clients (my clients are my friends)
There has been a few rumors around that I have gotten out of the real estate business or retired. Both are far, far from the truth! I have been a full time Realtor since 1992 (21+years) and am still going strong.
I am busy as always, but I have made some changes in life and in my real estate business.
First of all, the changes in my life:
I am spending time in Arizona. Wendy and I had felt called to Arizona. We prayed and asked for guidance and wisdom. We believe God opened and closed many doors and that HE has led us to an opportunity to spend time at a place in Surprise AZ. We still have a home in Puyallup and have traveled back and forth. (If anybody would like to visit AZ, I have a few connections to some vacation rental homes)
My Real Estate Business:
I made the decision to work in Arizona while I spend time there, so I now have my real estate Broker license in both Arizona, and Washington. I am a RE/MAX Associate Broker in both locations. I have also changed my business model to SERVE my clients with even more service than before. I now work with a team concept, in both locations!
I have top quality, experienced agents working along side of me that I trust, you can trust, and have the same moral and ethical values as I live by. I have buyers agents, listing agents, Short Sale specialists and others to just help me out when I can't personally be there.
Like I have said before, I want to be your personal Realtor for Life, and want to be the first one you think of when it comes to ANYTHING with Real Estate.
